How to schedule with Your Inspector Guy
- Discuss the home inspection process with your client. Everyone should have a home inspection!
- Determine the types of inspections needed. Besides the general home inspection, the client’s insurance company may require a Wind Mitigation Assessment and for older homes, a Four Point inspection or Roof Certification. Their loan office may require a Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection. WDO inspection and other inspections may require a specialist that may require a long lead time.
- Determine a range of dates and times for conducting the inspections.
